TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Price indicate in this quotation are inclusive of all the Philippine Government prescribed duties and taxes, cost of goods, delivery to the jobsite within Davao City proper only.
2. All items are required payable FULL upon receipt
2.1 Once the order have been processed, NO CANCELLATION or CHANGE QUANTITY OF ITEMS shall be accepted upon confirmation of the client, All indent items are from Manila, therefore, minimum of fifteen (15days) will expected to arrived in Davao.
2.2 Downpayment will be accepted provided that Full payment shall be made before items will be delivered or handed over to client. Downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2.3 For custom, indent and rush orders, shipping fees are shouldered by the customer
3. For bank check payment, payee name will address to MUEBLE FABRICANT INDUSTRIES, INC.
4. Product stocks move on a continuos basis. The customer's payment, therefore, is not to be considered as an affirmation of sale;
5. On stock items will be delivered maximum of 7days upon clearing of payment, subject to customer's approval and availability
6. All prices indicated DO NOT INCLUDE INSTALLATION.
6.1. For installation requests, additional fees will be charged accordingly
7. A one-time use, 1-year limited warranty for our furniture items and 3 months limited warranty for lighting fixtures shall be issued from the original delivery date. This will be subjected to standard warranty clauses.
